Today the evaluation criteria of Class 12th results 2021 as decided by CBSE and CISCE will be submitted in Supreme Court.
CBSE Class 12 results will be announced by July 31.
The Board has presented before the Supreme Court of India that the basis to mark Class 12th students will be the results of Class 11th and Class 10th.
Although the total marks will be based on the school’s past performance in the 12th exams. Approximately 40% marks will be based on 12th pre-boards and 60% on the performance of the students in Class 10th and 11th final exams.
The best of three class 10th marks will become a part of the result.
The practicals given by the students in class 12th will be for a total of 100 marks and the students will be evaluated on the basis of the marks submitted by the schools.
“If a student is unable to meet the qualifying criteria – now spread across three years of study – they will be placed in the “essential repeat” or “compartment” category. The students who are not satisfied can appear again when the CBSE conducted the Class 12th Board Exams,” Attorney General KK Venugopal told SC.
This decision is considered as the most suitable one according to the situation. Let us hope that you all get satisfactory results and also an option to appear for the exam is a fair chance for students.
