Mukesh Ambani is the chairman of Reliance Industries and one of the top 10 businessmen in the world.
You will hardly know about the education of Ambani, who is always in the discussion about his wealth and fame. Actually, some reports claim that Mukesh Ambani joined IIT Bombay after clearing IIT-JEE.
However, according to Wikipedia, Ambani’s early education took place at Hill Grange High School, Pedder Road, Mumbai. After this higher education was done from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. then he earned a BE degree in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
Then he got enrolled in MBA at Standford University, but in 1980 he left his studies in the middle and came to join the business with father Dhirubhai Ambani. However, it was his father’s decision to call him. At that time (race against time phrase meaning) Reliance was a small business but was growing rapidly. Ambani took this business to the heights and in today’s date he is counted among the top ten businessmen of the world. However, Ambani believes that the professor he was studying at Standford University taught him to act or think out of the box. He was greatly influenced by that professor.
